Nanda Mahārāja Celebrates Kṛṣṇa’s Birth; Vasudeva Warns of Danger
The Lord says in Bhagavad-gītā (4.7) :
It describes a grand festival in Nanda’s Vraja where many kinds of musical instruments played joyfully as Kṛṣṇa—recognized as the universal Lord—arrived there.
The verse highlights that the child welcomed in Vraja is not ordinary—He is Viśveśvara (Lord of the universe) and Ananta (the limitless Supreme), emphasizing His divinity within the sweet pastoral līlā.
Create devotional joy through kīrtana, music, and grateful celebration—using festivals to remember Kṛṣṇa as the Supreme while cultivating loving community, like the Vraja-vāsīs did.
