Transliteration

tasyā āsanam āninye mahendro mahad-adbhutam mūrtimatyaḥ saric-chreṣṭhā hema-kumbhair jalaṁ śuci

Translation

Indra, roi du ciel, apporta un siège convenable et merveilleux pour la déesse Lakṣmī. Les fleuves sacrés, tels le Gange et la Yamunā, se personnifièrent et chacun porta de l’eau pure dans des urnes d’or pour Mère Lakṣmī.
