सामुत्थायिकैरवगृहीतो वा राज्योपघातं मर्षयति ॥ कZ_०८.२.१७ ॥
Transliteration
sāmutthāyikair avagṛhīto vā rājyopaghātaṃ marṣayati
Translation
Ou bien, lorsqu’il est saisi par un soulèvement collectif (ou une faction organisée), il endure une atteinte à l’État.
