अन्धो राजा शक्यते सहायसम्पदा यत्र तत्र वा पर्यवस्थापयितुम् ॥ कZ_०८.२.११ ॥

Transliteration

andho rājā śakyate sahāyasampadā yatra tatra vā paryavasthāpayitum

Translation

Un roi aveugle peut être « installé » n’importe où—c’est-à-dire placé et contrôlé—grâce aux ressources de ses complices.
