तस्मान्नीतिविदो नवानमात्यान् कुर्वीत ॥ कZ_०१.८.२२ ॥

tasmān nītivido navān amātyān kurvīta

Par conséquent, celui qui connaît l’art politique doit nommer de nouveaux ministres formés à la science du gouvernement.
