Sutra 52

अकृतारम्भमारब्धानुष्ठानमनुष्ठितविशेषं नियोगसम्पदं च कर्मणां कुर्युः ॥ कZ_०१.१५.५२ ॥

akṛtārambham ārabdhānuṣṭhānam anuṣṭhitaviśeṣaṃ niyogasampadaṃ ca karmaṇāṃ kuryuḥ

Ils doivent gérer les affaires de l’État en : (i) lançant ce qui n’a pas été commencé, (ii) menant à terme ce qui a été entrepris, (iii) achevant en détail ce qui reste inachevé, et (iv) garantissant l’aptitude et la suffisance des attributions (la bonne personne, le bon mandat, les bonnes ressources).
