विगृह्यासनहेतुप्रातिलोम्ये संधायासीत ॥ कZ_०७.४.१३ ॥
Transliteration
vigṛhya-āsana-hetu-prātilomye saṃdhāya āsīta.
Translation
Lorsque les raisons de l’hostilité ou de la neutralité s’inversent, il faut conclure un traité et s’y tenir (en conséquence).
