तस्मिन्यः परावग्रहसमर्थान्प्रतिभुवो गृह्णाति सोऽतिसंधत्ते ॥ कZ_०७.१७.०९ ॥
Transliteration
tasmin yaḥ parāvagraha-samarthān pratibhuvo gṛhṇāti so'tisaṃdhatte
Translation
En la matière, quiconque accepte des garants que l’autre partie peut saisir/tenir (comme moyen de pression) conclut un arrangement sur-assuré (à sens unique).
