जातिविशिष्टामकामामपत्यवतीं निष्क्रयेण दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.३७ ॥

Transliteration

jātiviśiṣṭām akāmām apatyavatīṃ niṣkrayeṇa dadyāt

Translation

Si elle appartient à un groupe social distingué, n’y consent pas ou a déjà des enfants, il doit la remettre en recevant une rançon/compensation (niṣkraya) appropriée.
