पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

Pour avoir déversé de la poussière/des déchets dans la rue, l’amende est de 1/8 (d’une unité de peine standard) ; pour avoir entravé l’écoulement de la boue et de l’eau, l’amende est de 1/4.
