कूटमुद्रायां पूर्वः साहसदण्डः तिरोजनपदस्योत्तमः ॥ कZ_०२.३४.०४ ॥
Transliteration
kūṭamudrāyāṃ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ tirojanapadasyottamaḥ
Translation
Pour la contrefaçon du (sceau) royal, la peine est l’amende sāhasa indiquée précédemment ; mais pour celui qui forge un sceau afin d’entrer dans un autre pays ou d’y transiter (sous une autorité usurpée), la peine la plus élevée doit être appliquée.
