तस्मादमात्यसम्पदोपेतः सर्वसमयविदाशुग्रन्थश्चार्वक्षरो लेखनवाचनसमर्थो लेखकः स्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०३ ॥

Transliteration

tasmād amātyasampadopetaḥ sarvasamayavid āśugranthaś cārvakṣaro lekhanavācanasamartho lekhakaḥ syāt

Translation

Ainsi, le scribe royal doit posséder les qualités d’un ministre, être versé en toutes circonstances (protocole et contexte), écrire rapidement, avoir une écriture claire et élégante, et être compétent tant pour écrire que pour lire à voix haute.
