Transliteration

śatrumitramutsāhayitum artho na veti saṃśayaḥ

Translation

Un doute surgit quant à savoir si une dépense (artha/débours) doit ou non être utilisée pour encourager (gagner/galvaniser) l’allié de l’ennemi.
