त एनं संधौ परहिंसायां वा योजयेयुः ॥ कZ_०९.६.६६ ॥

Transliteration

ta enaṃ saṃdhau parahiṃsāyāṃ vā yojayeyuḥ

Translation

Ils doivent l’engager soit dans un traité (arrangement), soit dans une atteinte à l’ennemi (action hostile).
