मुख्येषु त्वेषां दाण्डकर्मिकवच्चेष्टेत ॥ कZ_०९.६.०५ ॥
Transliteration
mukhyeṣu tv eṣāṃ dāṇḍakarmikavad ceṣṭeta
Translation
Au contraire, il doit agir contre leurs chefs, en se comportant comme celui qui administre la punition (par une action pénale ciblée).
