कृच्छ्रोपजापा हि बाह्यानामभ्यन्तरास्तेषामितरे वा ॥ कZ_०९.५.०७ ॥
Transliteration
kṛcchropajāpā hi bāhyānām abhyantarās teṣām itare vā
Translation
Suborner des gens de l’extérieur est difficile — (il vaut mieux le faire) par leurs propres gens de l’intérieur, ou sinon par d’autres (adaptés à la tâche).
