Procedure for Preliminary Consecration in Vāstu–Pratiṣṭhā / Īśāna-kalpa

शुद्धे चात्मनि विद्येशा अशुद्धे लोकनायकाः द्रष्टव्या मूर्तिपाश् चैव भोगिनी मन्त्रनायकाः

śuddhe cātmani vidyeśā aśuddhe lokanāyakāḥ draṣṭavyā mūrtipāś caiva bhoginī mantranāyakāḥ

Lorsque le soi est purifié, il convient d’approcher les Vidyeśa (seigneurs des Vidyā, divinités mantriques supérieures) ; lorsqu’il est impur, il faut considérer les Lokanāyaka (gardiens mondains).
