FAQs

It prescribes the standard sequencing of a rite: ātmaśuddhi (self-purification), saṃskāra (consecration) of the kuṇḍa and maṇḍapa, installation of the kalaśa with the vardhanī vessel, and concluding with Lokapāla and Śiva worship.

It shows the text functioning as a practical ritual manual—covering liturgical preliminaries, spatial/altar preparation (kunda–mandapa), and procedural worship elements (Dikpāla and Śiva-arcana) in a compact, implementable checklist.

By beginning with purification and consecrating the ritual space and vessels, the worship is made ritually valid (śuddha) and merit-bearing, while honoring the directional guardians and Śiva is meant to secure protection, auspiciousness, and completion without obstacles.
