Pratiṣṭhā-Kalaśa-Śodhana-Ukti (Instruction on Purifying the Consecration Pitcher) — Chapter 85
Lord Agni (narrating to Sage Vasiṣṭha, as per the common Agni Purana dialogue frame)

Concept: Embodiment is ritually ‘constructed’: śakti is installed in the cosmic womb, then differentiated through heart (formation) and head (emergence) centers.
Application: In visualization/nyāsa, treat heart as the workshop of embodiment (deha-utpatti) and head as the gateway of emergence (janma), sequencing placements to stabilize the intended inner form.
Khanda Section: Puja-vidhi / Mantra-nyasa and Garbha-nyasa (Tantric ritual placement of mantra in the body/womb)

Sandhi Resolution Notes: Resolved:
Related Themes: Agni Purana 85 (nyāsa, garbha-related saṃskāra context)
It teaches a nyāsa-style ritual: implanting/placing a mantra-power (with bīja syllables) into the Devī’s womb, and specifying heart-nyāsa for bodily formation and head-nyāsa for birth-related efficacy.
Beyond mythic narration, it preserves applied ritual technology—precise mantra, placement (heart/head), and procedural cues—showing the text’s coverage of practical pūjā-vidhi and tantric-style sādhanā methods.
By consecrating embodiment and birth through mantra-installation directed to the ātman, the rite is framed as purification and sanctification of life-processes, aligning the practitioner’s body and destiny with sacred power.
