Chapter 78 — पवित्रारोहणकथनं
Pavitrārohaṇa: Installing the Sanctifying Thread/Garland
कार्या वा चन्द्रवह्न्यर्कपवित्रं शिववद्धृदि एकैकं निजमूर्तौ वा पुप्तके गुरुके गणे
kāryā vā candravahnyarkapavitraṃ śivavaddhṛdi ekaikaṃ nijamūrtau vā puptake guruke gaṇe
On doit confectionner le pavitraka (cordon purificatoire/protecteur) sous les formes de la Lune, du Feu et du Soleil ; et, comme dans le rite de Śiva, le placer dans le cœur (par une installation intérieure). Ou bien, un à un, les placer sur sa propre image sacrée (mūrti), sur le manuscrit/livre (pustaka), sur le guru et sur le gaṇa (l’assemblée ou les divinités auxiliaires).
