Related Themes: Agni Purana 116 (pūjā-vidhi, kṣetra-mahātmya context); Agni Purana sections on liṅga-pūjā and phala-śruti (within pūjā-vidhi materials)
It prescribes a practical puja sequence: worship Kārttikeya first for nirvighna (obstacle-free) siddhi, and additionally honor key Śiva-kṣetra forms (Somanātha, Kāleśa, Kedāra) as part of success-conferring devotion.
By cataloging deity/kshetra names and linking them to specific ritual outcomes (nirvighna-siddhi), it exemplifies the Agni Purana’s compendium style—mixing theology, pilgrimage geography, and applied ritual instruction.
The verse frames devotion as both purificatory and outcome-oriented: reverential worship of Skanda and prominent Śiva manifestations is said to remove impediments and mature one’s endeavors into successful attainment (siddhi).
