परमात्मेति च देहादेः परतरत्वाद् ब्रह्मैव ॥७॥

परमात्मा इति च । देह-आदेः । पर-तरत्वात् । ब्रह्म एव ॥७॥

IAST Transliteration

paramātmeti ca dehādeḥ parataratvād brahmaiva ||7||

Translation

Por trascender el cuerpo y todo lo relativo al cuerpo, sólo Brahman es llamado Paramātman, el Sí mismo supremo.

Academic Translation

And (it is called) ‘the Supreme Self’ because it is higher than the body and the rest; it is Brahman alone.
