राजा स कृतकृत्योऽथ शेषं संगृह्य तद्धनम् । द्विजेभ्यो विधिवद्दत्त्वा पालयामास वै प्रजाः

Transliteration

rājā sa kṛtakṛtyo'tha śeṣaṃ saṃgṛhya taddhanam | dvijebhyo vidhivaddattvā pālayāmāsa vai prajāḥ

Translation

Entonces el rey, ya cumplido su propósito, reunió la riqueza restante; y, habiéndola entregado debidamente a los dvija (brāhmaṇas) conforme al rito, protegió en verdad a sus súbditos.
