Scene: Śiva, serene after victory, addresses Indra with calm authority, offering another boon; in the background, a visionary glimpse of snow-bright Kailāsa peak suggests his intended swift return.
Even after victory, the Lord acts with grace and order—seeking rightful consent and concluding the mission without attachment.
Kailāsa is invoked as Śiva’s supreme abode; the immediate tīrtha of the chapter remains implicit in this line.
None; it concerns a boon (vara) request.
