Transliteration

śiṣyo'haṃ bhavatā pāṭhyaṃ karṇadhāraṃ mahāmunim | apārapāradaṃ viṣṇuṃ vipramūrtimupāśritam

Translation

Soy tu discípulo: instrúyeme, oh gran sabio, tú que eres mi timonel para cruzar el océano sin orillas: Viṣṇu, quien conduce a los seres a la otra ribera, y a quien aquí se acude en la forma de un brāhmaṇa.
