नारद उवाच । समासात्तव वक्ष्यामि योगतत्त्वं कुरूद्वह । श्रवणादपि नैर्मल्यं यस्य स्यात्सेवनात्किमु
nārada uvāca | samāsāttava vakṣyāmi yogatattvaṃ kurūdvaha | śravaṇādapi nairmalyaṃ yasya syātsevanātkimu
Nārada dijo: «Oh el mejor de los Kurus, te expondré brevemente la verdad del Yoga. Si aun el solo oírlo otorga pureza, ¿qué decir entonces de practicarlo?»
