Transliteration

pratighātavidasteṣāṃ yojayeddharmavatsalān | divyānāṃ stabhakāñjñātvā pāpānnityaṃ mahīpatiḥ

Translation

El rey debe nombrar expertos amantes del dharma, conocedores de los medios para contrarrestarlos. Tras identificar a esos pecadores que obstruyen las ordalías divinas, el señor de la tierra ha de actuar contra ellos sin cesar.
