वरुणात्पाशमादाय तेन बद्धा न्यपातयत् । महांकुशेन वायुं च चिरं मूर्ध्नि जघान सः

Transliteration

varuṇātpāśamādāya tena baddhā nyapātayat | mahāṃkuśena vāyuṃ ca ciraṃ mūrdhni jaghāna saḥ

Translation

Tomando el lazo de Varuṇa, lo ató con él y lo derribó. Y con un gran aguijón golpeó a Vāyu en la cabeza una y otra vez durante largo rato.
