स नो रक्षतु गोविंदो भयार्तास्ते जगुः सुराः । सुराणां चिंतितं ज्ञात्वा भगवान्गरुडध्वजः
sa no rakṣatu goviṃdo bhayārtāste jaguḥ surāḥ | surāṇāṃ ciṃtitaṃ jñātvā bhagavāngaruḍadhvajaḥ
«¡Que Govinda nos proteja!»—así clamaron los dioses, afligidos por el temor. Conociendo lo que los dioses guardaban en su corazón, el Bienaventurado, cuyo estandarte es Garuḍa, (respondió).
