Transliteration

kāmārtena mayā śaptastasmātkūrmaḥ kṣaṇādbhava | tataḥ praṇamya vijñaptaḥ śāpatāpaharo mayā

Translation

'Afligido por la lujuria, fuiste maldecido por Mí; por lo tanto, conviértete en una tortuga en un instante'. Luego, inclinándose, él suplicó, y Yo me convertí en el eliminador del dolor ardiente de esa maldición.
