अतोऽनिलं निरुंधीत चित्तस्य स्थैर्य हेतवे । मरुन्निरोधनार्थाय षडंगं योगमभ्यसेत्

ato'nilaṃ niruṃdhīta cittasya sthairya hetave | marunnirodhanārthāya ṣaḍaṃgaṃ yogamabhyaset

Por ello debe refrenarse el viento, es decir, el aliento, para lograr la firmeza de la mente. Para dominar el prāṇa, practíquese el Yoga de seis miembros.
