āropya śūdrāṃ śayane vipro gacchedadhogatim | utpādya putraṃ śūdrāyāṃ brāhmaṇyādeva hīyate
Si un Brāhmaṇa pone a una mujer Śūdra en su lecho, desciende a un estado inferior. Y si engendra un hijo en una mujer Śūdra, cae incluso de su condición misma de brāhmaṇa.
