अविमुक्ते महाक्षेत्रे तपस्यन्निश्चलेंद्रियः । मनोरन्वयजो वीरः क्षात्रो धर्म इवोदितः
avimukte mahākṣetre tapasyanniścaleṃdriyaḥ | manoranvayajo vīraḥ kṣātro dharma ivoditaḥ
En Avimukta, el gran campo sagrado de Kāśī, había un héroe del linaje kṣatriya—nacido en la estirpe de Manu—que practicaba austeridades con los sentidos firmes, como si el propio Dharma hubiera surgido.
