तदास्य शरणं यातो मन्ये दर्शभयाच्छशी । दिवापि न त्यजेत्तां तु त्रस्तश्चंडमरीचितः
tadāsya śaraṇaṃ yāto manye darśabhayācchaśī | divāpi na tyajettāṃ tu trastaścaṃḍamarīcitaḥ
Pienso que hasta la luna ha buscado refugio en ella, temiendo ser eclipsada por su fulgor. Aun de día no la abandona, aterrada por los feroces rayos del sol.
