अपत्यविक्रयात्कल्पं वसेद्विट्कृमिभोजने । अतो नाण्वपि कन्याया उपजीव्यं नरैर्धनम्
apatyavikrayātkalpaṃ vasedviṭkṛmibhojane | ato nāṇvapi kanyāyā upajīvyaṃ narairdhanam
Por vender a su propia prole, un hombre moraría durante un kalpa en el mundo donde los gusanos se alimentan de inmundicia. Por eso, los hombres no deben vivir ni del más mínimo bien obtenido por el “precio” de una hija.
