Type: kund
Scene: At a luminous stepwell, a devotee offers water for tarpaṇa; above, a stylized solar eclipse disc; to the side, symbolic cows with broad horns and a Kuru-jāṅgala landscape vignette, all visually ‘merging’ into the single act at Dharma-vāpī.
The sanctity of a tīrtha can magnify simple acts—water-offerings can erase vast karmic burdens and equal major gifts and eclipse-merits.
Dharma-vāpī, presented as a water-tīrtha of extraordinary purificatory power.
Tarpaṇa at Dharma-vāpī using water; the verse also references go-dāna and solar-eclipse merit as comparisons.
