Transliteration

hótā yakṣad vanaspátiṃ śamitā́raṃ śatákratuṃ dhiyó jóṣṭāram indriyám | mádhvā samañján pathíbhiḥ sugébhiḥ svádāti yajñáṃ mádhunā ghṛténa vétv ā́jyasya hótar yája

Translation

Que el Hotṛ ofrezca a Vanaspati, el apaciguador, el de cien poderes, el favorecedor de nuestros pensamientos sagrados, la fuerza indriya. Con dulzura, habiendo ungido debidamente por sendas de fácil tránsito, hace sabroso el sacrificio con miel y con ghee; que alcance el Ājya. Oh Hotṛ, sacrifica.
