कालमान-निर्णयः
Determination of the Measures of Time
प्रजाः प्रजानां पतयो मूर्तयश्च सुरासुराः । इन्द्रियाणीन्द्रियार्थाश्च महाभूतानि पञ्च च
prajāḥ prajānāṃ patayo mūrtayaśca surāsurāḥ | indriyāṇīndriyārthāśca mahābhūtāni pañca ca
Los seres y los señores de los seres; las formas encarnadas; los devas y los asuras; los sentidos y sus objetos; y también los cinco grandes elementos: todo ello (surge y opera) dentro del orden omnipenetrante del Señor, con Śiva como el Pati supremo que gobierna a las almas atadas y sus ataduras.
