Vyāsa-pūjana-prakāra
Procedure for Worship of Vyāsa / the Ācārya
ततो वक्तारमानम्य संपूज्य च यथाविधि । भूषणैर्हस्तकर्णानां वस्त्रैस्सौम्यादिभिस्सुधीः
tato vaktāramānamya saṃpūjya ca yathāvidhi | bhūṣaṇairhastakarṇānāṃ vastraissaumyādibhissudhīḥ
Luego el sabio se inclinó ante el orador y lo veneró según el rito. Adornó sus manos y orejas con joyas, y le ofreció finas vestiduras y otros presentes gratos.

Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
It teaches that humility and reverent service to the one who transmits sacred knowledge is itself a form of dharma; such disciplined devotion purifies the devotee and makes Shiva-tattva teachings fruitful.
The Shiva Purana repeatedly links outer correctness (yathāvidhi) with inner bhakti; honoring the speaker of Shiva’s lore supports Saguna worship practices and prepares the mind for deeper realization of Shiva as Pati.
Practice yathāvidhi upacāra—respectful bowing, offering cloth and suitable gifts—together with a calm, sattvic attitude; it aligns devotional conduct with mantra and worship disciplines.
