Todas las nāḍīs están sujetas por doquier al loto del corazón; sábese que son los conductos por donde fluyen las esencias vitales del cuerpo. Oh sabio, expondré su disposición y naturaleza.
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pasha
Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: teaching
It places the heart-lotus as the central hub of the subtle body, teaching that inner purification and yogic awareness of the nāḍīs supports the Shaiva aim of turning the mind toward Pati (Shiva) and away from bondage (pāśa).
By emphasizing inner channels converging in the heart, it supports internalized worship—meditating on Shiva (Saguna as the indwelling Lord) within the heart-lotus, alongside outer Linga worship, as complementary paths of devotion and realization.
Meditation on the heart-lotus with regulated breath (prāṇāyāma) and japa of Shiva’s mantra (especially the Panchākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) to steady prāṇa in the nāḍīs and deepen inward concentration.
