चकार सुहितं प्रीत्या रामस्य परमेश्वराः । तत्सर्वं चरितं विप्र शृणु सर्वसुखावहम्
cakāra suhitaṃ prītyā rāmasya parameśvarāḥ | tatsarvaṃ caritaṃ vipra śṛṇu sarvasukhāvaham
Por gracia amorosa, el Señor Supremo (Śiva) dispuso lo más beneficioso para Rāma. Oh brāhmana, escucha todo ese sagrado relato: es dador de toda dicha auspiciosa.

By calling Śiva “Parameśvara” who lovingly acts for Rāma, the verse points to Saguna Śiva—God approachable through devotion, worship, and sacred narration (kathā), as commonly expressed through Liṅga-upāsanā in the Purāṇa.
Śravaṇa (devotional listening) of Śiva’s carita is emphasized; it can be paired with japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) as a simple daily practice.
