तदाकर्ण्य विधातापि वैकुंठं तैर्ययौ सह । तदेव विज्ञापयितुं निखिलेन हि विष्णवे
tadākarṇya vidhātāpi vaikuṃṭhaṃ tairyayau saha | tadeva vijñāpayituṃ nikhilena hi viṣṇave

It highlights divine order and responsible action: even Brahmā, the cosmic creator, seeks proper counsel and coordination, showing that dharma is upheld through truthful communication and alignment with the higher purpose ultimately centered on Śiva’s will.
Though the verse names Brahmā and Viṣṇu, the Shiva Purana frames their roles as functional powers within Śiva’s overarching sovereignty; this supports Saguna worship of Śiva (including Liṅga worship) as the supreme refuge from whom cosmic administration proceeds.
The takeaway is satya (truthfulness) and śaraṇāgati (seeking right guidance): practice japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” with a sincere intent to report one’s inner state fully to the Lord, and maintain dharmic clarity before acting.
