देवस्तुतिः—नन्दिकेश्वरविज्ञप्तिः—शम्भोः समाधेः उत्थानम्

ब्रह्मोवाच । एवं दयावता शंभुर्विज्ञप्तो नंदिना भृशम् । शनैश्शनैरुपरमद्ध्यानादुन्मील्य चाक्षिणी

brahmovāca | evaṃ dayāvatā śaṃbhurvijñapto naṃdinā bhṛśam | śanaiśśanairuparamaddhyānādunmīlya cākṣiṇī

Brahmā dijo: Así, el compasivo Śambhu—ardientemente suplicado por Nandin—fue retirándose poco a poco de Su meditación y, lentamente, abrió Sus ojos.
