ब्रह्मोवाच । इत्याकर्ण्य वचस्तस्याः सांख्यशास्त्रोदितं शिवः । वेदांतमतसंस्थो हि वाक्यमूचे शिवां प्रति

brahmovāca | ityākarṇya vacastasyāḥ sāṃkhyaśāstroditaṃ śivaḥ | vedāṃtamatasaṃstho hi vākyamūce śivāṃ prati

Dijo Brahmā: Habiendo escuchado así las palabras de ella, expresadas según la enseñanza del Sāṅkhya, Śiva—firmemente establecido en la perspectiva del Vedānta—pronunció estas palabras a Śivā (Pārvatī).
