सतीविरहानन्तरं शम्भोश्चरितम् / Śiva’s Conduct After Satī’s Separation
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Paśupatinātha
The verse highlights Śiva’s prasāda (grace) as the decisive cause of elevation—transforming a being’s destiny and granting a higher divine state, indicating that sincere devotion culminates in Śiva-bestowed upliftment beyond ordinary karmic limits.
By naming Viśveśvara, the text points to Saguna Śiva as the accessible Lord who grants tangible fruits. Linga-worship is a primary mode of approaching Viśveśvara, through which devotees seek His prasāda that purifies karma and bestows higher attainments.
The implied practice is grace-oriented bhakti: daily Linga-pūjā with Panchākṣarī japa ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") and offering of water/bilva leaves, performed with surrender so that results are received as Śiva’s prasāda.
