ब्रह्मोवाच । कृत्तिकाभिर्गृहीते वै तस्मिञ्शंभुसुते मुने । कश्चित्कालो व्यतीयाय बुबुधे न हिमाद्रिजा
brahmovāca | kṛttikābhirgṛhīte vai tasmiñśaṃbhusute mune | kaścitkālo vyatīyāya bubudhe na himādrijā
Dijo Brahmā: Oh sabio, cuando el hijo de Śambhu fue en verdad tomado bajo el cuidado de las Kṛttikās, transcurrió algún tiempo; pero la hija de Himādri (Pārvatī) aún no lo supo.
