आ ते दक्षं मयोभुवं वह्निमद्या वृणीमहे । पान्तमा पुरुस्पृहम् ॥

ā́ te dákṣaṃ mayó-bhuvaṃ váhnim adyá vṛṇīmahe | pā́ntam ā́ puru-spṛ́ham ||

Hoy escogemos para nosotros tu poder de recto discernimiento que trae deleite, tu portador llameante; protegido, muy deseado: ven a nosotros.
