Sukta 8.48
त्वं सोम पितृभिः संविदानोऽनु द्यावापृथिवी आ ततन्थ । तस्मै त इन्दो हविषा विधेम वयं स्याम पतयो रयीणाम् ॥
tvaṃ sóma pitṛ́bhiḥ saṃvidānáḥ ánū dyā́vāpṛthivī́ ā́ tatantha | tásmai te indo havíṣā vidhema vayáṃ syāma pátayo rayīṇā́m ||
Tú, oh Soma, en consciente concordia con los Padres, has extendido el Cielo y la Tierra en su curso. A ti, oh Indu, con la ofrenda (havis) te rendimos culto; que lleguemos a ser señores de las riquezas — de las plenitudes del ser.
