ऋधगित्था स मर्त्यः शशमे देवतातये । यो नूनं मित्रावरुणावभिष्टय आचक्रे हव्यदातये ॥

ṛ́dhag itthā́ sá mártyaḥ śaśamé deva-tā́taye | yó nūnáṃ mitrā́varuṇāv abhíṣṭaya ācakré havya-dā́taye ||

En verdad, prospera por sí mismo aquel mortal que se afana por la divinidad; el que aun ahora ha puesto a Mitra y a Varuṇa al frente como sus protectores, para el don de la ofrenda (havis).
