भद्रा अग्नेर्वध्र्यश्वस्य संदृशो वामी प्रणीतिः सुरणा उपेतयः । यदीं सुमित्रा विशो अग्र इन्धते घृतेनाहुतो जरते दविद्युतत् ॥

bhadrā́ agnér vadhry-aśvásya saṃ-dṛ́śo vāmī́ prá-ṇītiḥ su-ráṇā́ upétayaḥ | yad ī́ṃ su-mitrā́ víśo ágre indháte ghṛténa ā́huto jarate davídyutat ||

Auspiciosas son las visiones de Agni para Vadhryaśva; amable su guía, nobles sus acercamientos. Cuando los pueblos, en buena amistad, lo encienden al frente, entonces, ofrecido con manteca clarificada, crece y resplandece con vivo fulgor.
